These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lucky Wins and everything that happens within your account — from registration and deposits to bonuses, betting, withdrawals and responsible gaming. Bonus Terms Apply to All Promotions

Every Lucky Wins promotion — including the Welcome Bonus, reload offers, and VIP cashback — is subject to specific terms. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games vary by offer. VIP cashback carries 0x wagering and is always fully withdrawable.

Withdrawals Require Verified Accounts

Lucky Wins processes withdrawals to verified accounts only. CNIC verification and payment method confirmation must be completed before the first withdrawal. Verified accounts receive same-day processing to Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank accounts.

Fraudulent Activity Results in Closure

Lucky Wins monitors all accounts for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match fixing, and collusion. Any account found engaged in these activities will be closed without notice and all balances forfeited. Winnings arising from technical errors will not be honoured.

1General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky Wins ("the Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the Lucky Wins website at luckywins.im, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services made available on the platform.

By registering an account at Lucky Wins, accessing the website, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use Lucky Wins or create an account.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players using Lucky Wins and must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Lucky Wins. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

By using Lucky Wins, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, and that you are playing with your own funds and of your own free will.

Lucky Wins reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of Lucky Wins following a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify players of material changes via email or in-account notification where reasonably practicable.

2Account Registration

To use Lucky Wins, you must register a personal account using accurate and truthful information. The following conditions apply to all Lucky Wins accounts:

  • You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • You must provide your real full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC number during registration.
  • Each person may hold only one Lucky Wins account. Multiple accounts — whether held under the same name, same CNIC, same payment method, or same device — are strictly prohibited.
  • You must not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity details.
  • Account registration is available to residents of Pakistan only. Lucky Wins reserves the right to request proof of address at any time.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Lucky Wins will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their login details.

Lucky Wins reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3Identity Verification (Know Your Customer)

Lucky Wins is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer), may also be triggered at other times — for example, during large deposits or in connection with a responsible gaming assessment.

Documents Required for Verification

  • A clear photograph or scan of both sides of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
  • A selfie photograph holding your CNIC next to your face (for identity confirmation).
  • Proof of the payment method used — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and mobile number.

You must submit all requested documents within 14 days of receiving a verification request from Lucky Wins. Failure to complete verification within this period may result in your account being suspended and withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

Lucky Wins will never ask for your account password, PIN, or full payment card number via email or chat. If you receive such a request, contact support immediately.

Lucky Wins will not share your KYC documents with third parties except where required by law or in connection with payment processing. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Lucky Wins accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • Deposits are credited to your Lucky Wins balance instantly in most cases. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Lucky Wins does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Lucky Wins reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals to that method.

If a deposit fails to credit to your account within one hour of the transaction being completed on your payment provider's side, contact Lucky Wins support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

5Withdrawals

Lucky Wins processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts on a same-day basis for standard amounts via Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals typically process within one to two business days. The following rules govern all withdrawals from Lucky Wins:

  • Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
  • Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used for a deposit on the account — or to a verified bank account in the player's name where this is not possible.
  • Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Lucky Wins will not send funds to any account not registered in the player's verified name.
  • All active bonus balances and associated wagering requirements must be resolved before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-funded balance. Withdrawals from real-money non-bonus balances are not subject to this restriction.
  • Lucky Wins reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
  • VIP Platinum and Diamond tier players receive priority withdrawal processing with reduced processing times as described in the VIP Club terms.
Withdrawals requested from bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirements will be declined. The bonus balance will remain active until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus expires.

If a withdrawal request is pending for longer than the stated processing time, contact Lucky Wins support with your withdrawal reference number. We aim to resolve all withdrawal queries within 24 hours.

6Bonuses and Promotions — General Rules

Lucky Wins offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, referral bonuses, and VIP cashback. The following general rules apply to all Lucky Wins promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

  • All bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
  • Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on Lucky Wins games and betting markets.
  • Each promotion is available once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with another active bonus unless specifically permitted by the promotion terms.
  • Lucky Wins reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not materially disadvantage players who have already claimed and begun wagering a bonus.
  • Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using a bonus on games excluded from wagering, or making low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7Welcome Bonus Terms

New players at Lucky Wins are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The following specific terms apply to the Lucky Wins Welcome Bonus:

Eligibility and Claiming

  • Available to new players who have not previously held a Lucky Wins account.
  • Minimum qualifying deposit: Rs 500.
  • The bonus is credited automatically upon the qualifying deposit being processed — no bonus code is required.
  • Maximum bonus awarded: Rs 50,000 (100% of first deposit, capped at Rs 50,000).

Wagering Requirements

  • The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
  • For example: a bonus of Rs 10,000 requires Rs 250,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance and winnings become withdrawable.
  • Wagering contributions: Slots and crash games contribute 100%; Live Casino games (including Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat) contribute 20%; Sports betting singles at odds of 1.80 or greater contribute 100%; accumulators and system bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the full promotion page.
  • The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited after this period.
Depositing your own money alongside a bonus creates a combined balance. Lucky Wins will always use real-money funds first when you place bets with a mixed balance. This protects your deposited funds.

8VIP Club and Cashback Terms

The Lucky Wins VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with tier qualification based on cumulative real-money deposit total. The following terms govern the VIP programme:

  • VIP tier qualification is assessed monthly on the first of each calendar month based on the player's total cumulative real-money deposits since account opening.
  • Bronze tier is the default entry level for all registered players from their first deposit.
  • Tier thresholds: Bronze (Rs 0+), Silver (Rs 50,000+), Gold (Rs 200,000+), Platinum (Rs 500,000+), Diamond (Rs 2,000,000+).
  • Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier qualification is permanent — once achieved, these tiers are never downgraded regardless of subsequent activity levels.
  • Platinum and Diamond tier qualification requires a minimum monthly activity level to maintain. The activity threshold is communicated to Platinum and Diamond tier players directly by their account manager.

Weekly Cashback

  • All VIP tier members receive weekly cashback on net losses calculated across the Monday-to-Sunday period.
  • Cashback rates: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 16%, Diamond 20%.
  • Cashback is credited every Monday before 12:00 noon PKT as fully withdrawable real-money cash with zero wagering requirement.
  • Cashback applies only to net losses — it is not applied to weeks where the player shows a net winning position.
  • The maximum weekly cashback payment is subject to a cap based on VIP tier, as communicated by your account manager at Platinum and Diamond level.

9Sports Betting Rules

Lucky Wins offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, bilateral series and Test matches), and other major international sports. The following rules govern all sports bets placed at Lucky Wins:

General Betting Rules

  • Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip.
  • All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Lucky Wins does not guarantee that displayed odds will be available in full for every stake amount.
  • Lucky Wins reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the outcome was known at the time of betting, or where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a system error.
  • Lucky Wins may limit or restrict the account of any player who consistently exploits pricing errors or demonstrates patterns consistent with professional arbitrage betting.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

  • Match winner bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, etc.). Reduced-overs results via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are treated as official results for match winner markets.
  • If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that reached resolution before abandonment (e.g. first over runs) remain settled.
  • PSL Odds Boost applies to selected markets during the boost window (one hour before toss to first ball). One boosted bet per match per player applies.
  • In-play bets are final from the moment of confirmation. Lucky Wins cannot cancel in-play bets once accepted.

10Casino and Live Casino Game Rules

Lucky Wins offers casino games including slots, live dealer tables (Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti), and other formats. The following rules apply:

  • All casino games at Lucky Wins use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published in each game's information panel.
  • In the event of a game disconnection during a live round, Lucky Wins will settle the bet based on the game's internal state at the time the connection was lost — as recorded on our servers. Player device or connection issues do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet where our server records are complete.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits for each live table are displayed at the table before you join. These limits are subject to change and may be adjusted for VIP players by their account manager.
  • Lucky Wins does not operate any live table games where the dealer or Lucky Wins has any ability to influence the game outcome. All live game streams are sourced from certified providers.
  • Any game result that occurs as a direct result of a software error, a clear pricing mistake, or a technical malfunction of our systems will be voided. Winnings from such results will not be honoured.

11Responsible Gaming

Lucky Wins is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools, all accessible from your account settings without requiring you to contact support:

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your Lucky Wins account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
  • Stake limits: Set maximum amounts per bet across casino or sports betting.
  • Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
  • Cooling-off period: Take a break from Lucky Wins for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) while retaining account access for withdrawal purposes.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from Lucky Wins. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months for a temporary exclusion.

12Account Closure and Termination

Closure by the Player

You may close your Lucky Wins account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method following standard KYC confirmation. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Closure by Lucky Wins

Lucky Wins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void pending bets and forfeit bonus balances, in any of the following circumstances:

  • The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
  • The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
  • The player operates multiple accounts.
  • The account shows evidence of fraud, collusion, match fixing, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
  • The player is located in a jurisdiction where Lucky Wins is not permitted to operate.
  • The player has breached any provision of these Terms in a material way.

Where Lucky Wins closes an account for breach of these Terms, real-money deposits minus any bonus funds and associated winnings may be returned at Lucky Wins' discretion. Where fraud or criminal activity is involved, all balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Lucky Wins and will result in account closure and potential legal action:

  • Opening or operating more than one account per person.
  • Providing false identity information or using another person's identity.
  • Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering).
  • Attempting to exploit bonus offers through artificial, low-risk, or system-based play patterns.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, access, scrape, or interfere with Lucky Wins systems, software, or APIs.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or access Lucky Wins services.
  • Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which Lucky Wins offers markets.
  • Collusion between players in live casino games or poker-format games.
  • Any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Lucky Wins staff or other players.

14Errors and Technical Faults

Lucky Wins makes every effort to ensure that odds, game outcomes, and account balances are displayed accurately at all times. However, in the event of a clear error — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds, a game result caused by a software malfunction, or a balance credited in error — Lucky Wins reserves the right to correct the error and void any bet or transaction that was directly affected by it.

Players who knowingly exploit an obvious error — for example, by placing multiple large bets on odds that are clearly incorrect — do so in breach of these Terms and any winnings derived from such bets may be voided. Lucky Wins will not be liable to compensate players for losses or expected winnings arising from an error that has been voided under this clause.

15Amendments to These Terms

Lucky Wins reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Send a notification to the email address registered on your account where practicably possible.
  • Display an in-account banner highlighting significant changes.

Continued use of Lucky Wins following publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using Lucky Wins and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Lucky Wins operates. By using Lucky Wins, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Lucky Wins shall first be referred to Lucky Wins' customer support team for resolution in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved at the support level, it may be escalated to Lucky Wins' management team for a formal review. Lucky Wins will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to support@luckywins.im.

For complaints or disputes, contact Lucky Wins at support@luckywins.im with your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We take all complaints seriously and will respond within 48 hours.

The language of these Terms is English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
